Important Information

All travellers entering Singapore via air or sea must also submit their electronic health declaration before they enter Singapore, using the SG Arrival Card e-Service (SGAC) at https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/. Travellers are strongly encouraged to do so before departing for Singapore to facilitate a smooth arrival process in Singapore; a submission can be made up to 3 days before arrival in Singapore. This submission is free of-charge and no payment is required.

Most important Information

Travellers are strongly encouraged to complete the online SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health declaration before departure, up to 72 hours before arrival in Singapore. The acknowledgement email issued upon submission can be shown on boarding or on arrival for smoother document checks.

Jurisdiction Apply:

For Delhi: Delhi, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Uttaranchal, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, West Bengal, North East

For Mumbai: Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Orissa

For Chennai: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Lakshadweep, Pondicherry, Adman and Nicobar Islands.

You are advised to apply for an entry visa within 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore. 

The processing time for visa applications will generally take 3 to 5 working days

(excluding date of submission, weekends and public holidays). Some applications may

take longer to process. 

Each visa application and its validity will be considered on its own merits. The minimum

visa validity is 9 weeks.

Tourist

  • Passport Valid at least six months from the date of arrival.

  • 2 Photographs Taken within the last 3 months, Clear and in focus, 35mm wide by 45mm high facial image on mat finish paper , without any borders , In color taken against a plain white background without shadows avoid white headgear and plain white clothing (headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide any facial features) Full face with the upper shoulders visible, facing forward with eyes open. Hair must not cover the eyebrows or the eyes Even exposure (must not be taken under direct lighting), Spectacle frames must not cover part of the eyes, Spectacle lenses must not reflect or glare, You must look at the camera with a neutral expression and with mouth closed.one photograph should be affix on visa form and cross sign by the applicant

  • Covering letter for stating purpose of visit Address to Visa Officer Singapore High Commission, New Delhi. (letter must be on letter head if self-employed or Plain paper if employed/other profession)
  • Proof of employment
  • Bank statements last 3 months
  • Visa Fee INR 1800 + Service Fee : INR 650.00 + 18% GST ON SERVICE FEE.
  • Processing Time: 3 to 5 working days after the visa application has been submitted
  • For travelling to Singapore: Travel insurance required for their COVID-19-related medical treatment and hospitalization costs in Singapore should ensure that their insurance has a minimum coverage of S$30,000 (based on COVID-19 bill sizes at private hospitals).

  • Visa Fee INR 1800 + Service Fee : INR 650.00+ 18% GST ON SERVICE FEE.
